Web Site Hosting and Co-Location Services

FRWS provides up to date servers and operating systems for our customers to use to host their web sites and other commercial and personal endeavors.
These servers and the networks they are located on are optimized by the types of pages, services and content they contain. This includes the
FRWS Real Media servers, IRC and FTP servers.
High bandwidth sites are specifically prohibited from being hosted or co-hosted on FRWS due to the fact
that they could limit usage or could cripple the network for use by our customers.
Adult Sites (i.e. pornography, gambling, sites that promote
alternative lifestyles, etc.), sites that are used for distribution of large data files or programs, Warez/MP3/DvD/Anime and data banks are especially
disallowed from FRWS due to moral and network concerns.
Sites dealing with any content deemed illegal by the United States of America and/or the State of Colorado,
USA cannot be hosted on FRWS.
Sites found to violate these rules will be removed from FRWS servers and access to their data areas will be denied.
FRWS will cooperate with any and all legitimate law enforcement agencies.
Special cases will be addressed and systems might be made available to legitimate business
users who have need of high bandwidth sites. Contact FRWS for more information.
In addition, sites that contain files, scripts, trojans, worms and/or computer viruses
that are used to hack into or otherwise compromise and/or damage other computers will not be hosted on FRWS.
Sites found violating these rules will be removed from the FRWS servers, access to their data areas denied and the proper authorities informed.
Owners of these sites will not be allowed to host any sites on FRWS.
