Fair and Acceptable Use Policy
Message Board Rules and Conduct

FRWS provides Message Boards to its clients in the same manner as it does web space. These Message Boards can be either publicly accessible,
or made private. In order to make using these message boards as reliable and enjoyable as possible, FRWS asks that users of the boards accept and
abide by the following policies:
1. Obscene, rude or abusive language will be not be used on FRWS message boards
2. Threats of violence or harm to another individual or individuals will not be tolerated
3. Harassing another individual or spamming the message board areas will not be tolerated
4. Links to URLs that promote or display pornographic material, hate crimes or messages, or the posting of pornographic pictures or any pictures
that are illegal in the United States of America will not be tolerated and result in immediate banning
5. Links to URLs that promote illegal activities, illegal software distribution, and/or sites that contain viruses or programs that are used to attack
or hack other computers will not be tolerated and result in immediate banning
6. Banners will not be added to message board messages for any purpose. Links to affiliated sites, (if they are not banners) are generally allowed
7. FRWS and its affiliates/agents are not responsible for the contents of these boards. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of FRW, its agents or its affiliates.
8. FRWS has the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This policy goes for member profile information as well.
9. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at FRWS also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
10. You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
11. After you register and log into this these forums, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
12. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreem
Note: Message Board operators and/or moderators may add policies and rules to their specific message boards, but the rules and policies above are
still in effect. Violation of any of the rules could result in banning from any or all of FRWS services. Please report any abuse or violation of these

or made private. In order to make these blogs as reliable and enjoyable as possible, FRWS asks that users and posters on the blogs accept and
abide by the following policies:
