Billing, Account Suspension and Cancellation

Billing
The customer understands that the customer is responsible for paying for any network
services, equipment and/or resources that are used to connect the customer and/or the
customer's server(s) to the Internet with respect to their contract or Dial-Up ISP account.
The customer may request that the customer's server(s) be disconnected from the Internet,
or their DialUp account disabled - however, the customer still remains responsible for
paying for any resources used up to the point of suspension or cancellation of the account.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS DUE TO NON-PAYMENT:
Accounts more than 60 days in arrears are considered inactive regardless of usage history and will
be suspended until payment is made to bring the account current.

Account Suspensions
FRWS reserves the right to suspend network access to any customer if in the judgment of
the FRWS network administrators the customer's server or DialUp account is the source or target of a
violation of any of the other terms of the AUPs or for any other reason which FRWS
chooses.
If inappropriate activity is suspected or detected, all accounts of the Customer in
question will be deactivated until an investigation is complete and network access, both
from inside and outside (including DialUps), will be suspended. Prior notification to the
Customer is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity.
The customer will not be credited for the time the customer's machines or accounts were suspended, nor will
loss of business expenses.
The Customer may be credited on a pro-rated basis based on the
monthly fees the Customer pays for any servers that are suspended for the time the
Customer's machines were suspended; time and loss of business expenses and revenues will
not be reimbursed due to a suspended account.
Fees paid for a Customer's DialUp Account will never be reimbursed due to account
suspension or cancellation.

Cancellations
FRWS always reserves the right to cancel service to anyone at any time. If inappropriate
activity is detected or suspected, all accounts of the customer in question will be deactivated
until an investigation is complete. Prior notification to the Customer is not always assured. In
extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity.
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by FRWS if FRWS
institutes its right of cancellation.
Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e.
repairs, transfer, space, etc.). Pro-rating will include every pre-paid month AFTER the
violation, the month of the violation is assumed "paid for" at the time of the violation.
