Front Range Web Services, LLC. (hereafter known as FRWS) is a privately owned and operated Web hosting service and Internet Service Provider (ISP). The use of FRWS servers and access to our services is provided
at the sole discretion of FRWS and its co-hosting customers. Any violation of the terms of these policies can and will result in the violator being denied access to these servers and services.

We have servers and dial-up systems for our customers to host their own Web sites, communicate via E-mail (using standard POP3/SMTP services), through both Private and Public Message
Boards, browse the web and other common Internet services. Though the Internet is a wide open network with many diversified uses - it is bound by local, state, federal and indeed international law as well as its own covenants and conventions concerning
behavior and ethical conduct. Those items and the fact that FRWS also has an interest in ensuring that its own operations may continue without disruption or interference leads us to create this Fair and Acceptable Use Policy.

FRWS's policy is to act as a provider of general services accessible through the Internet. However, we have legal and ethical and certain moral obligations to maintain our
systems and customers in a safe and business-like manner. Local concerns within FRWS lead us to enforce on our systems and networks the guidelines
as detailed below. FRWS reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account, to assess fees for damages or time lost due to the activities
of a customer, or even to inform proper law enforcement authorities in the event that FRWS deems that an account has been inappropriately or illegally
used. These rules and regulations can and will change without notice - it is the customers obligation to keep current.
FRWS Privacy Policy
NOTICE: FRWS will not tolerate any pages/sites that contain or show links to groups or sites that promote hate crimes or hate messages
(this includes messages against Christian and secular groups, organizations and persons/individuals). FRWS reserves the right to deny and/or cancel
services that FRWS believes goes against its core values, or violates any other of the rules dictated below.
